Protein Skimmers

Motor driven adjustable internal protein skimmer for saltwater aquaria up to 250 litres.

Two holding systems for individual fixing, adjustable in height. Making it suitable for many different styles of aquarium. The power-saving and effi cient pump DC Runner 1.1 serves as a venturi pump (incl. DC motor) with power consumption of max. 7 watt. Polished ceramic bearings and shafts for brilliant silent performance and a maintenance-free steady use. The pump power and foam production can be continuously adjusted by the included controller. Thus, the skimmer can be adapted perfectly to the water level and individual needs. The 3D needle wheel will provide a large amount of air and optimum bubble structure. The included Silencer ensures an almost soundless operation. A high skimming capacity is achieved by the special water flow with a patented conical foam cup.

DC Runner Controller 1.1: The included DC Runner Controller is switched between power supply and pump to adjust the output.

External protein skimmer for saltwater aquariums from 500 – 1,500 litres.

The Turboflotor Blue 3000 is designed for installation in any mode: as a "hang on", it is simply hung over the edge of the aquarium. Only the venturi pump Ocean Runner OR 2500 with mesh wheel is inside the tank. In the cabinet, it can be installed inside or outside the filter sump. It is sized to fit nearly every standard aquarium cabinet.
